The wedding
Eva and Leslie got married at Mills Mansion in Saturday, which was beautiful, and then had a reception at Eva's parents house. Everything was beautiful and it was great to catch up with some old college friends.

Dessert in Rhinebeck
We drove out of the city, through New Jersey, to rhinebeck NY to stay for the weekend. We are staying in a nice house and it is crisp and fall-y here, which is glorious. We had a delicious dinner and are looking forward to an excellent weekend!
Wandering
Kyle and I tried to get a cro-nut this morning but the line was too long. Later we wandered around Chelsea to see the water and then head back Highline Park, which is along an old raised railroad and is super cool.
American natural history museum
Stephi, Kyle, and I went to the museum and saw the Hayden planetarium show (with some film of Neal degrasse-Tyson) and some neat other sections, including about oceanography stuff!
Fox
David had to work Thursday and Friday and did so at the New York branch of his law office, which is in the Fox News building.
Dinner at Coffee Shop
David and Stephi drove up from DC to stay with us in NYC! They got in late Wednesday but then we all went out for some food and drinks.

Lyndon B Johnson Library
Another presidential library down! Kyle and I have now seen two of the thirteen. I learned a lot here about Johnson, who really did a ton of great stuff, from civil rights to environmental protections. His presidency was largely overshadowed by the Vietnam war.
Tracie and Ray!
Kyle's parents are in town this weekend! We went out for pizza last night and they had to play Donkey Kong. Today we are having a nice breakfast out before going to the LBJ presidential library.
Drive through liquor barn
The other day in College Station I stopped by the drive through liquor barn for the first time. Such an odd thing! I bought two alcoholic slushies and it is legal to drive with them because the tape on top makes them "tamper proof."
