Run at Airlie Center

I got here first I think so I have had some time. I worked until my laptop battery was about to die, then went for a run on the beautiful grounds. I went off the map on accident, but it was beautiful nonetheless. Pretty hot too! It was about 90. Here are some pics from the run. I stopped and visited the garden. And it is actually fall here!

I'm at a conference in Warrenton, VA for career mentoring for women in physical oceanography, part of an NSF program to address the fact that there are few female professors in the area. I flew into Dulles this morning and was driven in a fancy black Cadillac SUV here! I'm now doing some work before I go for a run and then get settled into my room whole others come in.

We played a round of power grid before Kelsey and joe headed out this morning, though we screwed up some of the rules. Still fun!
